Partner status on Link Lists
Possible this was already asked before. It seems partner accounts do weed out a lot of crap submissions and idiots who have no idea what rules are for. Since I implemented partner accounts on my TGP I can sleep tight at night knowing no one is stabbing me in the back. I see a lot of LL owners bitch about this and that and I fully understand their problems. What I don't understand is how come LLs don't implement partner accounts? Is that merely a technical problem like no scripts around that would handle the task for LLs? Or is there some other thing that prevents LLs to implement partner accounts?

I get posted on all the major ones all the time so I was wonderring about this partner accounts for some time. Now I see you already have them, lol. I guess this is more of a backstage deal, right? Where is the backstage entrance? |
McSpike...theres a few I can think of that do both - public and non advertised partner...there was also one a while back that I think went on to become a TGP thumb post that was partner only for a while

While I technically don't have a partner status.
I know the submitters, and those I feel deserve it, always end up on the top of the listings. btw - most of those getting top listings are posters here because I know them. Just a hint for the lurkers. |
I agree with dareutwo.
Also, I think in general, many Links Lists don't get the volume of submits that a TGP will get (where having a Partner status becomes almost a necessity). Most of us do have a ban feature though, to keep our submit queue nice and tidy. :) |
