PayCom nightmare
 

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me out. Im usually not one to complain but this one has got the better of me.

Back in late October/early November PayCom was waiving the $750 visa fee. Well I, like alot of you jumped on the opportunity.

Unfortunately I was referred to a rep called Chris Begin. Well it turns out that no one at PayCom has ever heard of Chris and he in fact never submitted my application.

When I approached him today about it he told me no one at PayCom would know who he is because he is a "special" Canadian rep for them, and only the owners know about it.

Well I obviously don't believe this, so my question to anyone out there is do you know ANYONE at PayCom who can help me. I have the chat logs and emails from my conversations with Chris so I can definitely prove everything I've said.

Send me your chat logs and/or email conversations that you've had with Mr. Begin and let me see what I can do to help.

It is correct that Mr. Begin does not work directly for Paycom but he does have a referral agreement in place with us.

From what I've been able to gather about this, I beleive I know what happened. It's not your fault, nor is it Paycom's, but just something that happened.

Thanks, but I really want to work things out with PayCom .. I thought I would have been up and running with it by now but I guess I should have contacted whoever made the post instead going through Chris.

Nothing resolved yet though. I have exchanged a couple of emails with Rand but it doesnt look good... and I am also waiting to see if Chris will suprise me with a reply .. HAHAHAHAHA Chris reply .. I kill me.

... and I didnt even get a kiss before he screwed me.

If anyone has to deal with this guy, think twice.
