Damn this is taking a long time
 

As Greenie knows, I received the full second season of 24 on DVD 2 days ago. I am now 12 hours into it... Damn...Talk about spending way too much time watching TV :)

Not to worry...
I have been watching TV and working for many years. I have a nice little TV in my office :)

I can't watch TV & follow what's going on if I'm working - I tend to block out the TV & concentrate on work.

But, on the other hand, Jim has to get thru Season 2 so we can discuss Season 3 when it starts :)

I'm somewhat the same, if I building, tweaking, or submitting I don't hear it, but if I'm on a break (like reading and posting) then I can. Of course when my Monday night soap opera comes on I have to turn the monitor and sound off. The same holds true during he MLB Playoffs |rasta|

OMG I certainly dont have what it takes to sit and watch TV for 12 hours I would dig my eyeballs out with a spoon or something like that..

I am now on hour 20 of 24. I will be done tomorrow :)

One of the sat. channels ran the whole thing a few weeks back....damn that was a long 2 days and nights(with commercials)

Fox's sister station, FX, ran a midnight to midnight marathon a few weeks back - TiVo picked up 5 of them, none in order - LOL - so I had 10-11 AM, then 2-3 PM....etc.

Of course, having Jim watch them now, I'm getting a little refresher course :)

Oh WTF...now the President is down :)

I have just completed watching the entire 2nd season of 24 in 2.5 days.

Waiting for the DVD was definitely the way to do it.
