Anyone else doing poorly with PPS this week?
 

My sales took a huge shit this week. Granted I have rest of today and tomorrow left for the period, but it's major suckage.

Traffic is strong. CTR is strong. Hell, even join hits are strong. Ain't nobody buyin' though!

Fuckers saving for Xmas!

We need Porn Gift Certificates. I bet single guys would get a porn gift certificate for their buddy.

This week (and probably next couple) showed me I need to develop my hub more and promote some revshare proggies.

Lately I got slow down but since I've started to post free sites on daily basis again I can't complain any more
Why do you think you would earn more with revshare programs? If people are not paying at all I guess it doesn't matter what program you use

That is the story of every week in PPC for me :(

Same thing about the sales here to Alphawolf, they took a huge shit and I can't wait 'til this damned holiday crap is over with. Maybe into the first or second week or so of Jan., the sales will start to show again. Just think...there's going to be alot of new PC users connecting to the Net looking for the obvious: Porn :)

Well, it's not so much I think I'd make more from revshare, but if you build enough singups even if you make a smaller profit, you may bring in some money.

For example, AEBN - getting members is sort of like a long term investment.

I think dating sites/cam sites would do well this time of year for lonely dudes.

Alphawolf, the best thing is to balance it out and promote both PPS and revshare. That way you still have a chance of collectin some rebills from revshare if you have a bad month with PPS, I am having a horrible week this week and last week was not so good either but the rebills from two revshare programs I am promoting is covering it :)

We have stayed pretty consistant with the programs we use as a whole, a few are down and a few are up, so a seesaw battle I guess.

All I know is that my stats and book keeping from previous years tells me that the end of next week will kick in some very good numbers, the week before christmas right through the second week of Jan. always explodes, I think people are done with their shopping and somewhat at ease and spending more time in front of the computer at that point.

Well, I hope so. BTW, have been meaning to promote you guys as I got good results even from dangling your daily pic galleries out there on low traffic.

Dec 23rd and 24th of last year were the best days of December for me. I hope it happens again :D

both PPC and recurring are down for me comparing with November, and with the last December. i hope after Christmas the people will get interested in porn again :)

Well I hate to be the one who has the good week (last week) was a good week for me though, one of the better ones in the last couple months. However, this week has started off wrather slow today.

I just looked at my stats in Revstats (which is only PPS since that's what I use for my stats) & my totals for Dec look to be above those for Nov, which was my best month since March.

So I guess things look good from here :)

Well, I got a couple sales late in the monring before the pay period ended.

Also, already got a couple sales today.

btw, for those who have been around more than 1 yr shouldn't each december be better simply due to the fact that you will have more free sites, galleries and hunbs out there?

We're having a very strong December, so the theory that lonely people want someone to hook up with for the holidays so they can get a Christmas card and get laid is probably true.
