A Fine Monday Morning To All

Happy Monday :)
Don't forget about tonight
http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/...threadid=14133

Not sure what is going on today. It looks like I may be able to spend the day working :) So, I will be here all day.

Useless 2004-12-13 08:50 AM

Ugh.
...and an especially fruitful Monday to all of you. My son woke up vomiting late last night, coupled with the fact that I went to bed quite late, means I'm dreadfully tired. It is going to take more than my usual bucket o' joe to keep me awake today.

Who wants to babysit while I nap? Can't leave the boy alone. He'll burn me in my sleep.

Good morning folks,

Today is the first day of my last complete week at the office this year. I'll be preparing for my two weeks off for the rest of these remaining days :D

Good Morning From a Brisk 48˚ F FT. Lauderdale. :)

Got my bicycle all cleaned up and ready for riding yesterday and rode it around the block. My face felt like it was going to freeze off and that was the end of bike riding until the weather returns to our tropical normal winter paradise.

Depending on if the tile people show up to start on the last bathroom or not I may being going to the gym or not.

Got Luna coming by this afternoon with nasty tranny porn movies that I need to edit so I'll be around this afternoon. Maybe I'll take advantage of having Angela's video camera and shoot some home movies of my almost completed new old house.

Espresso and |potleaf| is on. :D

UW: I feel sorry for you. Give the kid some of that sugary medicine from the drug store to stop the vomiting. Then find some unfortunate family and give him to them for Christmas. Who wouldn't want to find an ill child under their tree this year!

Cleo: Post some new pictures. Haven't seen the results of your/contractors hard work.

The fuehrer left me $$$ and a list of "chores" to do today. I forgot to tell him that I'm going to be |zzzzzzzzz sleeping most of the day away, so his "chores" will have to wait. |jester|

Have a good day.

Nina

Dear Friends,

Christmas is tight this year but with help from the guards, I've learned to make bedroom slippers out of maxi pads. You need four maxis to make a pair. Two of them get laid out flat for the foot part. The other two wrap over the toe area to form the top . (See below). Tape or glue each side of the top pieces to the bottom of the foot part and then decorate the tops with whatever you desire, silk flowers, etc. How do you like my seasonal choices?!

These slippers are soft and hygenic, have non-slip grip strips on the soles, the built - in deodorant feature keeps feet smelling fresh, no more bending over to mop up spills, disposable and biodegradable, environmentally safe. Three convenient sizes: Regular, Light Day, and Get out the Sand Bags !

Let me know your sizes and Happiest of Holidays........

I've been trying to give that boy away for five years, but no takers. Ok, I was trying to sell him, but that was before he learned to talk. This whole vomiting thing is really going to kill his resale value.:D

I'm planing on doing some good pics once everything is completely done. Still have one bathroom that is half ripped out and my kitchen is still missing a few cabinet doors and its counter tops so I also still don't have a kitchen sink. Hoping to have everything done by Christmas but I'm at the mercy of the contractors. At least my roof is done and my house is very livable again. :)

Good Morning All,

48 in Florida .. I need to move.. its 20 F here this morning (-6 C) which isnt too bad.. its just all the snow that keeps falling.. make it stop!

Cleo, you mentioned riding your bike in the cold... it amazes me how the bicycle delivery guys her still ride their bikes up the hills and through the snow.. my bike was put away a month ago... did I mention I need to move?

For those that don't know "here" is Montreal (Quebec, Canada).

Have a good one,

Terry

Cleo 2004-12-13 10:19 AM

Yeah here biking weather is in the fall, winter, and spring. I do ride sometimes in summer but only in very early morning or after 5pm and even then usually only wearing very little like a bikini.

Because of this home remolding project I haven't gone on a good bike ride in months but our weather should return to normal soon so I'm really looking forward to biking again. My house guest has a car that can hold a bike rack, something that my Vette can't hold, so if she continues to stay with me I may get a bike rack so that we can go down to the Grove, South Beach, or Everglades National Park. I guess this means that I'll have to get her a bike that is her size since all mine are American size and not Puerto Rican size. :D

A fine & snowy Monday morning toeveryone!

I actually slept for about 8 hours & woke up to a few inches of snow, which looks lovely compared to the wet mud that's underneath it :)

Bills won yesterday - Cleveland had a whopping 17 yards of total offense...and they gained 19 yards on the final series! Awesome game if you're a Bills fan |bananna|

I should be here all day, except for running to the bank (The Bitch doesn't like to drive in the snow for some reason)

Anything going on tonight around 6? :D

MrMaryLou 2004-12-13 11:14 AM

Good moring all :) I call a Snow day |jester|

Linkster 2004-12-13 01:26 PM

Calling a snow day here as well :)
Of course we dont have any but then we never do - days chores are done so it looks like Im gonna be getting out the chainsaw and getting some firewood ready for next year - which just means Ill have to get the splitter out too - next years present to me - a hydraulic splitter that doesnt use back muscles.

MadMax 2004-12-13 01:31 PM

Happy Monday everyone. Snow day was yesterday here, but then came the rain and washed the vile stuff away :)

Cleo 2004-12-13 01:44 PM

I see it is going to drop down to 41˚ F tomorrow night. Since I'm one of the few houses down here that has a real fireplace I'm going to try to find some fireplace wood and enjoy a nice crackling fire. Sometimes the grocery story has a one fire bundle but finding fireplace wood can be hard down here. I have the presto logs but it isn't the same.

Hmmm? I'll have to check my calendar. Seems like there is something in my inbox from the other day that mentions today, something about 6-8pm. Or was that a thread I read somewhere? I just can't quite remember.|nahnah|
