blind links and my first submit

With the immese help of DocHolly who sorta took me under her wing to give some advice and tips and I finally got my first free site built and submitted. http://www.morefetish.com/naughty-mi...ori/index.html

my question is I submitted to one place who told me there were blind links on there and that I could correct and resubmit. Its been accepted at other link lists though and I am not real sure if I can go in and change them once its been listed on other sites. Also I am a bit confused about the blind link issue, should I have put Ifriends.Net in the text links?

I'm just tryin to figure out what I can and can't do and how to make sure I dont have any blind links on the free sites I am working on now.

Thanks in advance.

You've got what most consider to be blind links, and you've answered the question :) Put "come play with me at ifriends.net" or something similar and you're fine. Don't worry about changing link text and such after approval...as long as the site still complies with the rules of each LL you submitted to you won't have any problems.

OK I think I fixed. Is that better? I'm resubmitting now *bites nails*

Thanks for the help Max :)

Nice site Mandi, I don't see any more blind links there.

Blind links can involve judgement calls but the bottom line for me is it's blind if it takes a brain sergeon to figure out where a link is going.

Sometimes, using mouseovers to simplify http://referer.xxxbill.com?mandi&<a ...xx.com/...</a> that appears in the status bar to just http://www.xxx.com/ helps surfers out in figuring out where a link is going.

Hey there!
I'd throttle back on how many sponsor's you use on a single free site. I personally only use one sponsor per site. I did get wild and crazy once and use two sponsors on a site, but that was a fleeting cause. When you use multiple sponsors who sell the same niche you are telling the surfer 'this site is the best! But if you don't that one, try this site over here. It's the best!' Know what I mean Vern? Promoting both a porn site and a product (drug, toy) would be fine, I guess, since they don't directly conflict with one another.
