Does Richards Realm Sent out acceptance and rejection emails?

Oh yea, before I forget I noticed Persian kitty only allows for two links at a time. Do I have to recall which sites she may have of mine that are listed and ask that she remove those two before submitting two more?

They email you if you're accepted... i know that much.

Richard Realm doesn't send accpetance or rejection emails for freesites, he only send emails for galleries.

You need to know the url of sites to be able to have them removed from PK. From PK rules:

If you currently have two links, you can request that one be removed and replaced by the new listing. You can remove and replace sites up to three (3) times in a calendar month.

No, but keep in mind it takes about a month to get listed there
