new topbucks design

i think its pretty good.. but i didnt have any probs with the old one so i dont know why fix something thats not broken, but ok ;)

TopbucksTrixxxi 2004-12-15 10:38 PM

FTS :) The new design is in anticipation for future things to come. Just like the sunshine announces a bright new day, the design is an announcement for future things to come. Personally, I find it clean and much easier on the eyes.

:)

I like it.

I liked to the old one too though.

It's pretty.

JoeBlack 2004-12-16 02:23 AM

I like this one alot better imo. It will make refer signups alot easier. The other design was good but it didnt really fit the adult theme unless you looked for the sites. I love the whole upgrade from the design to the stats. I think topbucks is really going the right way.

Thanks folks - I had nothing to do with it though! Our Marketing & Design & HTML departments are the fine folks that did all the work & deserve all props! |thumb :)

Roby 2004-12-16 03:22 AM

I like this desighn too.
Very nice.

Nice update but I kinda miss the thing that said how much $$$ was in your account from previous periods. (the amount that wasn't sent to you yet that is :) )

What is coming? A pps model like discussed in the past based on traffic quality of the webmaster? Just wondering.

But the site and especially the stats area are looking great.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I e-mailed them just to make sure that the money is still there. I kinda like seeing it in the stats.

JoeBlack 2004-12-16 02:17 PM

Yeah I noticed that but I thought they just didnt set it up yet. I liked that feature as well. Hope its put back in.

Agent 2004-12-16 05:24 PM

It's showing there now. They must have just got it working.

GeorgeTH 2004-12-16 05:35 PM

I sure looks 'fresher' :) - Though: I still can't get all link codes at once (a thing I really like so that I can finish sites off-line and simply get the code from a .txt file)!

What's your thought on Silvercash's new site: her1stanal.com? Does this mean I can now use the same gallery template for her1stanal.com and herfirstanalsex.com? LOL

I'd be pissed off...

TopbucksTrixxxi 2004-12-16 05:54 PM

ADK - If you're requesting your sites by period your withholding amount should be visible. If you are clicking by date range, it is not.
I didn't test yesterday but today it's the way it always was and that's how you'll see the amount being withheld.

GeorgeTH - Scroll down a little - below the box where the link codes are, you'll notice a link that says 'Click here to download a file of linking codes for all sites' - this is available for all linking codes.

Yes, it is working like that now. It wasn't this morning or yesterday.

That was the general idea ;) Fresh for the new affiliates (who will qualify for the $ 100 New Webmaster bonus) and Revived for the idle webmasters (who will qualify for the $ 250 Switch-Back bonus) - definitely worth a look to check out what we have to offer & to keep checking it for the new things to come!

Beejeebers 2004-12-17 01:12 AM

That $100 webmaster referral is paid after I've referred 10 webmasters to you right?

(I read the terms and conditions, but am high and forgot.)

The $ 100.00 Bonus is for the new webmaster signing up to the PPS program - he'll receive a bonus $100.00 once he's sent 10 sales in a 90-day period - not for the webmaster referring him.

To TopbucksTrixxxi,

since you seem to be hanging around here keeping an eye on this thread, and I never find the time any other way, may I ask a few questions? I only came back to you about 2 months ago; I used to have an account back in 1999/2000 (then TopCash?) which was shut down when one period (I was overseas!) I didn't reach the required 10 sign-ups per fortnight - - - now I'm doing much worse with you guys... :(

My questions:
1. Is it right that your initial sign-up pages don't show any $ amounts, but ask straight away for username/password/email?

2. don't you think that this is rather scaring people away? I would wanna know how much I'm in for before I take the initial step to a sign-up and supply my email address!

3. Could this in any way be related to my shocking ratios?

If you don't want to discuss this in public please send me a mail to george| at |tropicheat.com - thanks for your time!

--I'm going to answer below the questions/statements GeorgeTH--

since you seem to be hanging around here keeping an eye on this thread, and I never find the time any other way, may I ask a few questions? I only came back to you about 2 months ago; I used to have an account back in 1999/2000 (then TopCash?) which was shut down when one period (I was overseas!) I didn't reach the required 10 sign-ups per fortnight - - - now I'm doing much worse with you guys... :(

-- We want your traffic - get in contact with your account manager to look over your traffic & work with her to get suggestions on improving the conversions/ratios! I can have your account manager (if it's not myself) get in contact with you to look take a look and help you change that!

My questions:
1. Is it right that your initial sign-up pages don't show any $ amounts, but ask straight away for username/password/email?

-- It creates a need for the surfer to know what the price is & it is calling him to action & form a relationship with the site.

2. don't you think that this is rather scaring people away? I would wanna know how much I'm in for before I take the initial step to a sign-up and supply my email address!

-- The objective is for the surfer to take action and show his commitment. Our non-action calls for an action/reaction, in this case for him to give his information if he's interested in knowing what a membership entails. Once he's done that an alliance with the site is formed. By the time he gets to the next page, he's formed the relationship by giving a part of himself and if there is room on his credit card, he will join.

3. Could this in any way be related to my shocking ratios?

-- With all due respect, I think there can be many factors to low conversions (traffic source/market segment/language). If it didn't convert well or there was a concern on it's ability to convert the traffic, our Marketing & Development departments would have been forced to change it.

--GeorgeTH - I should be back online in about 6 hours - please note my ICQ 298857631 or MSN: trixxxia |at| hotmail.com or by email at patrizia \at/ seekio.com - send me your account number so we can take a look at the history & we'll work with you to make pro-active changes to help your conversions.

If you don't want to discuss this in public please send me a mail to george| at |tropicheat.com - thanks for your time!

--My pleasure :)

Mateusz 2004-12-18 08:25 AM

I do like the new design but there is still one thing I miss with TB - I cann't check which tour makes. I know there is 'top converting' list but it may vary for each user and of course traffic source

bdld 2004-12-19 10:10 PM

the new design is better on the eyes, still just as functional as the other one though, so nothing too special.

Thanks Camel!

bdld - I know TopbuxomLee told us to stay tuned to future announcements, I'm not sure if it includes backend functions too.

Mateusz - We can give you best converting by source of traffic however not your particular traffic. If you are testing two tours though you can put a page between or we can try it a different way. If you want to hit me up, I'll see if it's possible.

maharaja 2004-12-21 02:05 AM

yes new design is looking good
