Adam,

I really like the real-time banners and just put the "NEW" one on my hub.

However, I think the banners would get better click though if there was some sort of animation.

If it's not possible to have the real-time banner refresh with a new image of the girl, or rotate though girls every few seconds...without the user having to refresh the page:

How about something really simple like the green dots next to IM LIVE! alternate between red/green.

Also, if you could put together some holiday specific real-time banners that would be cool.

Some text like "No need to be lonely for the holidays! We have plenty of LIVE women to keep you company 24/7/365 available right now!"

"Holidays" is good 'cos it's generic, but New Years Eve, Valentine's Day, etc...

I'd probably make a special page for IMLIVE if you could get that speciifc and go PPC with your higher payouts.

Just some thoughts.

PS- The BYOT doesn't work in FireFox. :(

I second that. I can click the links on that page all day and it just sits there, unresponsive, like my penis in a cold pool.
