Well taking a peek first off I see your linking to an .exe file or dialer and also u are using sponsor content thats pretting much over used Other than that site looks to be ok

I had some doubts about the acceptability of dialers by link lists....the problem is that the dialer (if originated from a serious company just like Eurodialer I'm using) is a good billing solution....in Europe we are making big bucks with dialer and SMS reverse billing solutions

About the content, yes I think it is very very overused

But for a 1st attempt at free sites it is a very good one :)
