Requirements for submitting at Tommy's
 

I submitted a site to Tommy's LL and I got a page saying something about becoming a partner in order to submit. Well I didn't pay much attention to it at the time because I wanted to finish submitting my site elsewhere but now I don't have access to the information.

What do I need to do to submit at Tommy's?

Tommy's only taking submits from an approved list now ($50 fee for life if I remember correctly) so submit the site again & since you're not yet onthe list, you'll get the page with the info on the new set up :)

Right, but I can't submit it again because I already submitted the URL and it won't take it again (says URL already submitted). I guess I'll wait to hear more or try to submit another URL.
