blacklisted,wondering what to do about it
 

Hi I'm new to posting on this board but I've noticed that theres alot of useful information here and I thought this might be the place to pose this question.My problem is that I've been blacklisted by my email address as far as I can tell(plumcr8ze@aol.com).I filled out the appeal form about a month ago,havent heard anything and am still blacklisted.What I"m wondering if theres anything else I can do or if someone here could help me out with this situation.

Looks like you were blacklisted for rediecting ? what are you domians ?

the domains were hotlickchicks.com and peepholegirls.com which I no long own because of circumstances that were beyond my control, had a business disagreement with the turnkey company that designed and hosted the sites they wanted to charge me for survices not recieved and when I questioned them about and tried to get my money back the sites were removed from their server.It was an unfortunate situtation but I guess you live and learn

Considering you can have 5 AOL profiles for nothing, it is worth it to create a different email address for your submits... you can keep track of them better, and it gets you away from being banned.

Sometimes it's just better to start over as someone else... :-)

well thats a thought,I just hate to have a black mark against me and not be able to do anything about it,but if thats the case I guess thats not a bad idea thanks for the advice and I look forward to learning a lot from the board |waves|

That won't always work though.
I submitted a site with different email and domain after being blacklisted and it wasn't even looked at.
So if you are in bad luck your ip is banned too and if the one who put you on the list doesn't have the courtesy to reply well... Forget it.

hotlickchicks.com is also on there - do you still own that one? If not, I'll leave it on the list :)

I was supposed to have both of the domain names transfered to my name when I bought the sites but only hotlickchicks was put in my name.that was one of the things that started the problems with this company the other was they tried to charge a few thousand dollars to my credit card for services they were not providing.I'm sorry for not explaining myself well.I do own hotlickchicks but when I questioned them about the money they had charged me they pulled my sites from their server. they were providing content and upkeep on the two pay sites.It was a bad situation that didn't work out well for either party.

Ok - sounds like you've had enough trouble with this domains already - I'll pull the blacklisting on hotlickchicks.com now :)
