as for getting traffic, you might try your hand at designing freesites and submitting them to many of the different linklists around.

You can try your hand at TGP traffic and submit galleries.

You can buy traffic -- there are several traffic brokers out there.

You can set up an affiliate program and have other webmasters help you promote.

Many options.

Well that is proably why I have no good traffic.

I also built my own Phone sex site for an affiliate program and that cost me nothing. I guess I will focus on that and see what can be done about the rip off site.
