Do you know of a program that has 25,000 registered affiliates?

What % are active as in truly promoting the program?

It's not that clear, Chop. It all depends on how the affiliate program is run. A program that keeps everything fresh, has some new ideas and keeps in touch with affiliates has a lot better percentage than one that has grown stagnant.

The shocking thing to me, if it is a fact, is the 25,000 number. I am thinking the person that told me this might have one extra zero in the number.

There aren't a lot of programs with 25k affiliates but there are some. If the program in question hasn't been around for a long time, they are probably wrong :)
