OK I can't find where anyone else started this thread so here it is!!!

Anyone watching 24 this season???

What did you think of the 4 episodes in 2 days??? Ratings were excellent...

What about the "kinder gentler" Jack Bauer???

I watch it & this season seems to be pretty good so far.

I'm not sure that Jack is kinder or gentler - after all, he did shoot that guy in the leg when he was drilling him for information :D

But he actually let Chloe's friend live by shooting those 2 guys who were going to kill him and didn't really hurt anyone at the convenience store stick-up...

Waiting for the guy he was following to leave before going back & shooting the 2 other guys was just the right thing to do.

And Jack never really hurt innocent people, but he did crack the store owner in the head when he yelled over the radio |violin|

Ahh! That was just a love tap!!! hahaha

I had never watched 24 until Sunday night's episodes, and I am completely hooked now!!

The lady in charge is a nutjob bitch (and I think she's afraid of Jack making her look stupid, which just makes things worse).

Say what you want about Jack's interrogation techniques, but they worked beautifully, albeit a bit late for Mr. Defense Secretary and his daughter.

Anybody else remember Kim Raver (Audrey) from Third Watch?

And what's with the Cold War/KGB-style BS they're doing to Audrey's brother?!? That can't possibly be legal, even for the CTU!
