Looks ok to me, but very ad-light.

I'd put an ad in the primary ad spot (top) of index, and gallery pages. And an ad below the galleries too..

Max out the advertising in general. Limit to 20 pics I'd also suggest, unless theres some compelling reason not to or something.

Ok I'll put some more ads. The more ads, the more money.
As for pics, some sites(Persian Kitty) require 30 pics at least?

Entrance page
Fix up the recip table to make it look better. Advertise something on the page too. Put an ad above the recip table.

Main page it's ok but lacks focus. All I see is a pic of a hot chick with gallery links and some ads or something off in the distance.

Gallery pages
You need to split up the thumbs into a few rows or something like that. Basically you don't want them to ever be able to see thumbs without seeing some of your ad.

I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of link lists only still require 20 images, but I also dont submit to the vast majority so could be wrong!

You could make a special version just for those who require 30 if theres 6 or more places that do maybe.

But try to stay with 3 sponsor ads per page. Basically GG's rules are shared by most it seems. Some more strict, some less.. but generally 3 distinct, clear unconfusing ads should be minimum and maximum, lol.
