Cleo and HQ porn links - sending any traffic to you?
 

I got all of my sites approved there, but no traffic at all. How are you doing with them? Do I need to wait something or....
I really like these LL so tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

Not sure for your situation, but I've had links up at Cleo's since shortly after it opened I believe, and I *still* have traffic coming from them everyday in my stats :) Gotta love it

You have two sites listed with me, one in lesbian and one in teen. You also have another waiting for review.

I have 1112 other lesbian sites listed and 1209 other teen sites listed. Building one or two sites for these niches is not going to bring you huge amounts of traffic with so many other sites for surfers to choose from.

It is a numbers game. The more you build the more long term traffic you will see from a LL. It is not like TGP traffic where you see a big spike and then nothing. LL traffic is long term traffic that you build up over time.

You may also want to try building for a niche that is not already so saturated.

What do you have set as the minimum amount of hits before the referral is listed? Also I have a lot of variations of my domain name that you will see referrals from, not just one domain.

it seems like AWStats compiles stats from before the current day, so if you just got listed you wont see any stats about it until the next day. atleast thats how my AWStats are...

Great advice; build it up over time.
I did a quick look and one site I picked on to check was built in April 2002 and still pops up in my stats from Cleo's site ;)
It's also a free site with a top 3 for it's niche on Yahoo.
And thats not my oldest domain at all, but it's a long-term thingy.

On my own stuff that I build I seem to have a lot of tranny traffic. I think it may be due to building a lot. lol

Some sites send large bursts of traffic, others send steady traffic over time. Some sites send small amounts of quality traffic. Still others don't send much at all, but get the spiders headed your way. Look at your stats about once a month and you should be able to make an educated guess as to who is worth submitting to.
