Anyone Know WTF Is Up With Cash Quest?
I got this in my inbox late last night:

We're hopeful that this new statistics interface will help you earn the most commission possible for your traffic. No matter what, we're going to make you more money! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, however we believe your only concern will be what to do with all the new money you're making! Sincerely, The Cash Quest Money Team Now, the thing that got my very confused right off the bat is that the subject of the email says "New linking codes" but that is not touched on at all in the body of the email. Do the old one still work? Yes, they do, but something else is strange..... None of the old domains are there anymore! For example: FatGirls.com is now SexyBBW.com - the tours are set up to appear that the new domains is bringing you the old site name - like "SexyBBW.com Brings You FatGirls!" stuff. The stats don't seem to be working - I clicked on all the new links this morning & every range I try says "No records to report for the selected period " The "Promo Tools" section doesn't seem to work either :( Anyone have any info on this? |
I just logged in and everything seems to working. It all looks about the same too.

That one redirects me to some type of dialer And I don't even see those linking codes, I see the same thing as Cleo. EDIT: I see that they have a new stats url: http://reports.cashquest2.com/partnersareaCQ , I had the old one bookmarked. The new one has the updated linking codes..... all of them redirect me to a dialer :( |

i really hope they get this stuff fixed soon, seems like a very wierd problem, why would they change all their domains like that?! |

It looks like the people at webquest.net now own cashquest2.com and cashquest.net so Id say that its a little different
Media Plus Web Consulting, Inc 26500 West Agoura Rd. #595 Calabasas, CA 91302 US 888-932-2772 cashquest.net are the people that own boobiebucks I believe as well as vividcash Yesterday the links were normal but Im seeing a new page to get links today - and no sign of the old stats added - I tried my link to the old sexstories site and it does redirect to the new $1 trial sexualstories The other thing I see is the sites they dont have replacements for are redirecting to other sites - an example is the ed powers site that now goes to another powers site with paycom as the biller |

well - links have been pulled here and getting their banners taken down - you think they would have announced something like changeover like this so that we werent wasting traffic going to the wrong sites

Cleo - do you still have those links in the admin or do you have the new ones? It's really strange that they'd switch the link codes for some but not others. |

OH - I am happy about how they are doing it - the old links going to the new links is a very good idea. Just seems very strange how they are going about it :(

I was already getting ready to re-add their stuff into my LL and freshen up their ads before you made this post yesterday so them coming out with new tours is great but I'm going to wait a few days for the dust to settle before actually doing anything now.
They are one of my oldest sponsors and I've always done decent with them when I've pushed them and still get monthly checks from them even when I'm not pushing them. :) |
i just checked my emails again, i knew i had an email from them but put it aside till i had time, i have also the new linking codes, i am going thru my sites again : search - replace, search-replace..............

Stats are back up & the banner/promo page is working, so that's a good thing :)
