Google now tracking clicks?

I searched on a keyword today and one of my sites came up. No problem. But I noticed the link wasn't highlighted as visited as it should have been. Then I noticed the link passes through google:

htt p://www.google.ca/url?sa=U&start=10&q=http://www.asianmodelsex.com/&e=747

Did google just start link tracking? Is it just google.ca? I dont remember seeing them tracking their listings before. Interesting nonetheless.

they seem to do that once in a while on particular keywords. Its been a while since I've seen it, but, they have done it.

Looks like its only happening in the google.ca search results. They must be testing something.

They have been doing that back as far as I can remember - the only good thing about it is that it usually precedes an update :)

Got your attention eh?
