Is it even possible to get TOP 10 ranking on GOOGLE???
 

I honestly don’t know if its possible to be the TOP 10 on GOOGLE for any popular key words.

The porn link lists and tgps that have started 10 years ago have SOOO many links back to them from all the submitted galleries....no matter what kind of hard work you put in and try to build links will get you anywhere close to the big guys.

How the hell are people supposed to get good ranking nowadays?

Its very possible - take a look through the threads here - and try not to think like everyone else, as they tend to believe a lot of misinformation given out on other boards including SEO boards. Content and Links are the two biggest factors, but I can tell you that I know of one guy that had a little LL thta he hadnt done anything with up until about two years ago - and now he has top 10 listings for many excellent keywords so it doesnt take being around 10 years - just lots of work

I wouldnt pay too much attention to that searchengineguide site as it seems they use blog spam to get their site in the SEs - not the best example to teach with


http://www.google.com/intl/en/webmasters/seo.html is a real good page from Google explaining the pitfalls of using most SEO approaches - including those that call themselves SEOs to try to get your money :)

http://www.google.com/intl/en/webmasters/ is the overall Google page for webmasters and contains some good info - other than that, there are at least 3 people on this board that will be glad to answer any questions you have about SEs with good information for free :)

It's very possible - a Free Site I built was #1 for the term "anal creampie" on Google for about 3 months & that was only submitted/listed on 12 sites.

The traffic wasn't huge as far as numbers - around 25-50 a day - but it was nice while it lasted :)

You won't be able to get Porn, or XXX, or Sex, stuff like that very easily, but you can get all the top 10 listings you can handle with proper keyword choosing. :D
