Unique reasons for blacklisting someone :)
 

MML is going over some of the blacklist stuff that we've done over the years & a couple of them reminded me about how angry or crazy I am at times - here's a couple of reasons for domaisn/emails that are currently on my blacklist:

because I wanted to add him to the list

never listed a site and we never will

promoting a sponsor that encourages the surfer to view pics without ads

spamcop prick

submits same site every week and never gets listed

webmaster harassed me

A little off on a tangent but...

The best one for me was when the owner of juicyclips.com would not give me a pa because he banned my hosting company, reliablehosting.com, due to cheating by ONE dude who happened to be hosted at that company.

Talk about the "shotgun" approach!

Those are some pretty creative blacklist reasons... lol. Some of mine:

"Obnoxious use of dizzy-ing backgrounds."
"Submitting paysite titles as their own."
"Using CSS to 'blow up' text."
"Drunk Russian Moms With Scrawny Boys."
"Thumbnails never match the fullsize pics."
"Just plain terrible site design."

I still can get pissed if i review, ones a person submitted an avs site to me and my rule say if you submit an avs site put an backdoor pass or url to the content in the comment box, well this person decide to put this in the comment box:
# oke person who do the reviews i dont know if you know the rule, but this will not be the deal, you link me first and then i will give you a pass, its my site so i decide and not you!!
so he is on my list : dumb Ass with an evil smilie

I can empathise with Greenguy's "because I wanted to"

but the "it's my site, so if I'm going to allow you to send me traffic you've got to obey my rules" is the best so far for me. :D

I don't really blacklist domains, I just close their account. But I have started to fill up the blacklist DB with proxies.

Well, that reason probably sums them all up. Short and to the point... lol. :)
