Tommys Bookmarks with a partner account... 3-4 days... or more...

Everyone that submits to Tommy has a partner account, so there is no "special treatment" once you submit.

Tommy updates his categories based on the new sites he has to list in them, so if he only has a handful of new sites for the voyeur page, he might not update it until he gets a few more.
