This would probably be declined because your freesite title looks to be "GagSluts" which matches the paysite you're promoting on this site. Generally freesites can't use the same title as a paysite. If you had a different title at the very top for your freesite, then I'd say your link is probably OK. Also, I'd go "blowjobs" for the category. :)

The Join Now won't be a problem but the site title will be as Verbal said.

I prefer 'Join Later, Maybe Tomorrow' but 'now' is fine.
