TheButcher said during the Radio Show, that he believed me to be the person who had informed PayPal about him paying his members.

If you listen to the archive carefully, he actually said...

"I'm pretty sure it's him, because when I paid him...."
TheButcher has never paid me and I challenge him to produce my payment details, or provide any proof of this false accusation.

Here's the whole truth...

I have had NO contact with PayPal or any of their offices or representatives, by email, telephone, letter or any other means of communication, since BEFORE September 2004.

Anybody who thinks I would do such a thing, is either stabbing in the dark or has reason to discredit me. I don't even report spam for Christ's sake!!!

TheButcher!!! You are wrong... and you have already contradicted yourself on this issue.

You seriously need to get PayPal to give you the facts, instead of using someone who has upset you recently as a scapegoat.

Perhaps your members should contact PayPal in their own right... to ask exactly what is going on, instead of relying on the information you are feeding them?

he did say that he has a 1 year contract with paypal, what happened with that? unless he didnt tell them that his board is adult related. LIES, LIES and a lot of LIES!

I know Jim said he's done with this & I'm going to be done with it after this post, but the one thing that I didn't get to talk to him about on the phone was the PayPal thing.

Let's examine this - he pays people based on the number of posts that they made over a time frame. So at the end of the period, he'd have to do some basic accounting - go into the admin, download the data as far as who posted, the number of posts & their email addy.

I assume he probably put this into a spread sheet of sorts - so you have to assume that it looks something like:
Name - Email - Posts - Money
Greenguy - greenguy@greenguysboard.com - 20 - $1.00
Jim - jim@greenguyandjimc.om - 30 - $1.50
and so on.

So then he logs into PayPal & sends out the money.

PayPal comes back & says that joeblow@yahoo.com files a complaint & all the money is on hold.

Don't you think that he'd go back to his spread sheet or go look in the admin & search the email address & then know exactly who it was? BINGO! Problem solved. He'd know who did it & wouldn't be posting & saying shit about anyone other than the person responsible.

But no - he told me he has it narrowed down to 5 people & he's waiting for one of them to come clean on his board - BULLSHIT!

My guess is that he never even bothered to try & pay anyone & he's doing all this to cover up that no one will ever get paid by him.

OK - now I'm done with this - get back to work :D

If I knew that he was using Paypal to pay his herd of blind sheep, I would have contacted them. I am EXACTLY the type of person who would do that (to someone who annoys me). But I didn't know. Darn.

I told the cocksucker that on the radio show too Kezza. The guy is just a moron. He actually thinks that Paypal was going to work a deal with him because he had 7000 members. Who knows, maybe they backed out because he only tried to send to his 25 posters :) Most likely he just grabbed a new account to use with paypal and they figured him out.

Basically the same thing happened to us. I called them when they came up with the no adult rule. The girl I talked to looked at GGandJ and said, you guys are fine. The next week our account was frozen. Same thing but I never went on a witch hunt.

On the paypal thing, i dont know the background but if he got kicked from paypal then it doesnt mean someone reported him.

netpond got kicked from paypal 2 years ago, all that happened was they noticed the email addys being used by our webmasters, like joeblow@cuntbusters.com and they put 1 and 1 togther and figured out netpond was adult and we were kicked to the curb real quick.

Adult is against there terms and conditions, i was amazed when i read butchers thread a few mnohs ago that after lengthy negotiations paypal had accepted his site into the paypal fold.

Only thing i could figure was he was a fucking amazing negotiator or he was bulcchitting about talking to paypal cos once they cliked to the index page and saw adult mentioned they would have told him to fuck off..

according to the post there butcher used sponsorchat05@yahoo.com to send money the his members so he might have kept his real identity to paypal too.

Yep, and from experience paypal checks e-mail addresses and if there is even a small reference or a banner to an adult program (like the ones all over the top of sc), you get shut down. And they can hold your money and take fines if you signed up to paypal after a certain date, which sc did. TheButcher doesn't belong in this industry, he shows us that everytime he opens his stupid mouth.

I had the misfortune of listening to that drivelling idiot by tuning in last week. What a farce!

Jim & I looked after last night's show, when Timbo from Adult Paymaster dropped by. With the exception of DrBizzaro after winning the Super Bowl Pool, we haven't had a guest on since May 2004 :D

So what was the point of having that lunatic on the show last week?

Seeing as he was the "hot topic" on the board for 3 or 4 weeks before the show, it made sense.
