Other Webmaster Boards
 

Ok... Not sure its ok to post this here but I sure hope so...

I was looking for a list of other webmaster boards with resource lists.. I have found a few like Ynot and AdultNetSuprise but thats it.. anyone got a list..

Now no offence to GG&J I really like this board.. I acutally useto hang at Ynot all the time but this place is the shit!!

But I could use a few more places to list my link site..

Linsys check out the front page of the Greenguy & Jim site and you`ll find the table with all the link trades to other boards. That`s probably the fairest way to respond to your question.

You should try board tracker. They have tons of boards listed there, and it is a great tool to use. www.boardtracker.com

I could give the links to the 11 other boards I have in my favorites that I don't bother to post at anymore. They suck.

I love the pay to post boards. The owners seem surprised that they get threads like..."I smoked some "buddah,ganj,mary jane " last night", "First 3 things on your to do list..." and "Who makes the best coffee?". Netpond, being one of the first to pay for posts, seems to have gotten past this nonsense (somewhat) :)

What I don't understand is why do sponsors advertise on these boards? When obviously the largest percentage of their posters, post there to get paid. And, what does it say about the people that post on these boards? Are they really that hard up for cash?

I have often thought of paying per post. But, it really is hard enough to keep a business only board, business only, without the added trolls that would come around for 5 to 10 cents.

I have over 10,000 posts - at $0.05/post, I'd have made $500 here since April 1 2003.

That money would really come in handy on April 15th :D

well its always nice to get some extra $$ while you are posting on a board. But i dont really get why companies are interested to pay for such advertisement

The time you spend 10 cents/post on a board could easily be spent doing things that will make you real money.

I like this boar as it is. No need to change anything. Always helpful people here and i learned more on this short time here as staying on other bnoards, which I think I needn´t name here... ;)

There are certainly other boards, but I'd say a good portion (90%) are all about entertainment.

Good info, 100% business boards like GG&J are hard to come by.
