Use plurals
Hi all,
I just read on http://www.smartwebby.com/ to use plurals in your meta tags e.g. 'web developer', 'web developers' . Is this important? |potleaf| Troy |
Yes.
A plural on Google will bring up a whole different bag of results. Main thing is to predict which is gonna be typed in more by surfers. Someone looking for a "web developer" may use the singular or the plural. So you have to make a choice because it's not easy getting a site to do well with both phrases. |

To take his example a bit further "If you are looking for web developers...you have found the best web developer for...developing your web presence...." Do as many permutations as possible from the start. |

Using your example "cumshots" you use "cum shots, cumshot, cum shot, cummy, etc. There are hundreds of permutations and alternatives that surfers are searching for that will make you sales |rasta| |

The "old school" theory was to pluralize everything. Nowadays, on google it does make a difference and will bring back different results.
DD is right - it's good to go for a mix if you can do it. |
