Ok, the submit form is back up and working.

There's some kind of gremlin that lurks deep within the bowels of the MySQL server that shuts it down every couple of days. I thought we had it worked out before we embarked on our little fiesta of drunken debauchery |dizzy| but I guess it needs more work.

It was working, i got a submit in yesterday, but today it's not working again.

It's working again. I'll address this issue on Monday when the head honcho is in the office. See if I can get them to find out why it keeps crashing.
