tgpsitecentral - know them?
 

Hi All,

I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at tgpsitecentral for the longest time. I actually once spoke with Dan on the phone and he was going to fix my account problem but that never happened... and sending an email to webmaster@ doesnt get any replies.

... yet I'm stupid enough to let them charge my credit card month after month for a submit account even though I cant login to it!

Any help would be appreciated.

yeah...I've also tried to contact them, but nobody replied - I hate when people dont answer my mails.

I've emailed them a few times but no success :(
I've heard they are accepting only people they know well... :(

At least they could mention that on their site.

I tried to contact them with the email link one time too and never heard back. I thought they'd be eager to get some money :)

I applied to them, it's about three months since or more. I had to wait for 20 or 30 days but they replied and gave me a submitpass. I see you posted your message couple of days ago, so I suggest you be patient with these guys. |thumb

The thing is I have an account with them.. or should I say had until my credit card expired and Visa sent me a new one .. but I heard nothing from PayCom, the processor that TGP Site Central uses... untill I called them as a last resort. They updated my card info, but that was all they could do.. seems TGP Site Central had to add me (again) to the database. Glad to see they will take my money but dont want to talk to me.. and I don't know why I even care, I never seen any sales from any of their sites anyway. ... ahhh somebody shoot me please.

Thanks Mark ... but I even got PayCom involved and they did all they could. It has been well over 3 months now.. AND I AM STILL PAYING FOR AN ACCOUNT I CANNOT USE... I think I have been extremely patient.

I would just stop paying.
Cancel through PayCom or do whatever you have to do to stop paying them.

That should get their attention.
And if it doesn't, it seems like their service isn't worth much anyway since you say you haven't seen any sales through them.

So let me take this opportunity to thank Sadiq who fixed it all up for me.. and was kind enough to reply to one of my emails ... hope he doesnt read the last one I sent .. uhhh I was only kidding when I sent that one ;-)

I'm to the point where I'm seriously considering back charging 6 months worth of 4.95 charges, one at a time. I've talked to some people to say they are nice guys. Buuuuuuuuut I signed up for an acount when they first started the thing and have never gotten a gallery listed. I'm listed on sites like HJ, Tommy's, Worldsex, Persian so I'm not a bum. I e-mailed them sereral times requesting direction stating I was more than willing to work with them in any way possible. No reply to any. Finally I requested they stop charging my CC. Statement just came and sure enough. I hate to be a BC prick but the frustration level is mounting.
