I must tell you about a strange situation. A few days ago I submitted my FS to theredcherry & xxxporntastic. One day later I got fallowing reply mails:

Now I am banned at both LLs. I don't understand why? I submitted my site only one time and I couldn't resubmit to xxxporntastic because I was banned. I sent mail to both LLs with a question: "Why I have been banned?". Nobody answered my question...

BTW: What I should do now? I don't understand why I was banned and nobody answers my questions. It is very strange situation...

Looks like because you had a hardcore banner on your index/warning page and a counter on the page, least those where the problems.

They saw it twice with the same problems and it got you banned.

I know that LL's owner has been thinking I used hardcore banner (it was soft). But he type that I submitted my site AGAIN. But I submitted my FS to both LLs only one time. I still don't understand why I was banned without any warning message. I don't remember when I used hardcore banner on my warning page before...

my site got banned too although I mailed the owner asking about the declined submission |cry|

On a side note...does anyone ever have problems with the penisbot recip buttons? They're all pretty hardcore.

Replace their recips with someone elses and move on.

Actually not any problems but this is been reason for me to skip PenisBot couple times in past.

They do have plenty of softcore recips too in some categories.

Even the most puritanical reviewer will accept a hardcore PenisBot recip because they know it's a strong traffic source. It's just good business.

To answer the first question, this: does not appear to imply that all of those things are wrong. Notice the word 'or'. Sounds like they have a bunch of options all lumped together and that's the one they selected without indicating which one is the precise reason for rejection. You know whether or not you're using a hardcore banner. You know if you'r eusing a counter. If it's not one of those two reasons, then you are linking to another list or promoting a sponsor that they have banned.

That's my guess.

And now my aside. People who don't allow hardcore on the index page need to lay off the crack pipe. Child-friendly warning pages would only make sense if Google only indexed index pages. Don't submit to them.

I made the terrible mistake of having the wrong recip in place for my most recent submission, and the madhatter sent a curse filled reply.
madhatter if you get to this thread and read my post, I am sorry. I do agree I fucked up but to accuse me of constantly making mistakes is not fair. If you've NEVER made a mistake then go ahead and maintain your zero tolerance policy and keep me banned.

I wish I had so many submitters to afford to ban anyone who would make one mistake.

I'm sure one day you will get there Fido. Just remember that anyone can make an honest mistake though.

One mistake is understandable. To me, it's the people that do it over and over, dont read or see decline e-mails, ect.

I've been submitting to both those sites for a LONG time. They've always listed my stuff and always been very nice when I've spoken with them via e-mail.

I had been submitting to them for quite a while as well. Thankfully, XXX Porntastic hasn't soured on me. |thumb

I've done a number of trades and talked to them many times, very nice people to me.

well we must've pissed them off with something that's for sure. I'm not even gonna write to have my ban removed, untill I get better at this freesites building.

I had that it looks like its just stardard response, I dont think its anythign personal.

I got banned from a LL without being given the time to resolve the issues and any attempts to resolve the situation were either ignored or never received.

As some one says further up - move on :-)


Have a look at the tool Useless Warrior has made, Im sure you will find a good replacement easy enough :-)

I also noticed that they have taken on the task of policing for 2257 - they now require a 2257 notice on every page of your free site that has explicit content in contrast to the regulations that only require it on the root of the domain or any subdomain (not directories). But then thats their call - just doesnt seem Id want to place myself in the position of having that rule and having someone from DOJ take it literally that I was playing picture cop

We will add softcore recip vesrions ASAP to hardcore categories.
