Step by step: how to hijack other people's pages
http://clsc.net/research/google-302-page-hijack.htm
Stupid article for them to publish... hijacking other people's pages is definitely NOT Rorschach approved! |
Now that is just great! I just finished going through that exact thing last week.
nude indian women asian pictures ... women. make your dick hard, but our indian nudes ... great sexual mystery, nude indian women ...www.sextosexty.com/indian/ links.html ... indian.atspace.com/9404.html - 11k - Cached - Similar pages I was actually able to get this crap heads host to shut it down (thet don't allow porn). I reported it to google their reply was something to the effect that I should get in touch with the webmaster of the offending site, ha. At least I learned how it is being done. |
Been going on for awhile now, unfortunately. It's pretty bad.... sometimes people don't even know they're hijacking someone's pages! I expect things to get much worse before they will get better. :(

IMO, all these 301, 302, etc. redirects are just being laid out for abuse. |
It is not always bad to be hijacked, if it is accidental and not malicious. About a year ago a huge pile of my pages were "hijacked" by a top list script (Yahoo listed the toplist redirect page instead of mine). But the toplist webmaster was a better SE guru than me, his pages got better ranking, so I got more hits to those pages. And as the only thing I really wanted was clicks on my sponsor's banners (and those existed on the "hijacked" page as well) I was quids in. I ended up submitting most of my low traffic sites to this guy's toplists.

hijacking other peoples pages is completely illegal!
