Deleted sites on link-o-rama

I read about deleting sites which weren´t updated for about six weeks. What does that mean? New content for the freesite or an additional gallery?

Do you send e-mail notification if you kick off a site?

It's 6 months, not 6 weeks :)

And updated means just that.....the page I'm linking to has to have been updated in the last 6 months.

OK. So I´ve got an additional question. i got listed with a freesite on link-o-rama:

http://www.analcamp.com/freesites/anal/warning.html

It was listed about 6 to 7 weeks ago and is now kicked. I don´t know why and i would like to know to avoid problems in the future. Would you tell me why? ;)
