If it's a genuine sale, then Ebay will no doubt ignore their policy to get the commission. Don't forget that Ebay sold a girl's virginity in the UK. It's illegal for Ebay to do that, but not for the girl. :)

I'm not sure what eBay's UK policy is, but in the States they are pretty strict about being in compliance.

Honestly with the traffic that site gets the right person could turn it into a good money maker. Figure a way to not hotlink and show the galleries in a frame (some tgps do this now like free6.com) but different than the standard tgp and it could do well.

If I had the money I'd buy it. Anyone wanna lend me the cash? :D

I'd consider throwing in for the purchase... they do get a lot of traffic. Except part of me can't stand seeing these thieves get another dime. Do you think anyone else will try to buy it? And what's to stop them from re-launching under another name?
