We should dedicate a thread/forum to fusker sites. Keep it closed off to non-registered board members so leechers don't use it as a wanking resource. We could use this master list to harvest a list of sponsors which we can take turns contacting and have some accounts closed.

I believe the current wisdom right now is to deny hotlinking except for trusted sites.

Then it wouldn't matter when new ones are discovered. Secondly, you can always uncheck that box that says 'automatically parse urls'. If you are using 'Quick Reply', Go Advanced, its under the edit box.

However, if you want to do a huge favor to the industry, check those referral links, submit the form letter with the relevent section of the advertisers T&C.

It's my understanding that this doesn't hurt the webmaster, just the link list or tgp owner? It just loads all the gallery or free site URLs by bypassing all the sponsor ads of the site owner.
