"Scheduled Maintenance (Server Down Time)
Red Check Hosting Servers will be offline for up to 12 hours this Sunday from 12 AM to 12 PM for hard drive upgrades. We are sorry for any problems this necessary upgrade may cause you"

Guess I better backup my stuff just to be sure..

12 hours thats alot mmmmm and me complain when i get 30 minutes downtime, ke i wont complain anymore:D

thats a long time for upgrades I would definitely question what takes that long to upgrade...there should be credits applied for that long as well |shocking|

My response would be along the lines of, "I am sorry for any problems my necessary changing to a new host may cause you. Fuckers."

(Okay, I'd probably leave off the "Fuckers" part, but not in my mind.)

They tell you 12 hours so when they're back up in 30 minutes you're impressed :D

Actually that's what they tell you when know they don't have a tech to cover those hours. That way, if your server goes down, you'll just assume that its 'scheduled' downtime and not hassle them.
