It's nice and clean and should get listed at most places.

But the first ad on the index page, would you read it?

I wouldn't. It's a huge block of text with nothing that catches my eye.
You might want to shorten it down a little bit or accentuate certain parts or add some air or add different colors.... or make use of all of them :)

It scrolls over 800 for me & I agree with swedguy that the ad on top is not that noticable (I thought it was more warning text when I saw it)

That's what I get for being lazy and not turn on my 800x600 monitor ;)

Not a bad design. Should have no problems getting listed. Some LL's don't let you hide the sponsor code though.
