it lists board-tracker along with my site


after i listed a couple of weeks a go i adjusted metas they should update my site on next crawl?

When I search "toollovingslut" on Google, I get your site but no message boards.

Your title was "index.htm" but I see you have recently changed it. :)

It is good to get keywords into every aspect of your html code including the Title, meta-tags, alt tags and body text.

It is better to use words in your meta-tags which also appear in your title and body.
