No offense, but your rules are a mess. You state "Absolutley no sites with my link on index pages, the link must be on your "warning","index" or "main" page." Huh? And, with most LLs NOT wanting to see the same template over and over again, why do you have "From now on the only way that you will be listed is if you use the template from xxx. All you have to do is change all the links to your (console free) links. If you do not use this template then you can kiss your chances of getting listed goodbye!!" Your 2 banner plus 2 text link for the whole site is also a bit rough as most of us now design to the 3 outbound links on main/gallery pages standard. Index pages have never been restricted, as that is where most sites WANT their recips (above the enter).

There are many webmasters that design clean pages with varied templates and can follow rules quite well. I have left your list off my recip tables for now.. until I can figure out what you want. I normally don't grouse about rules on a site, but yours really had me confused. Perhaps this is why you haven't had more luck with submissions?
