I hope board tracker and/or scanner picks this up, I sent them like 3 emails and icqs so far, it is paid etc.

Paul has always been really good when I've purchased from him. I know that doesn't do you any good now. But at least you know delays and lack of contact are not his normal mode of business.

He's been late in the past. Digifan, your just gonna have to sweat it out. Think about how you feel RIGHT now. Remember that the next time you have to wait so long to get your content.

There is a problem around 1st May in some parts of Europe, because they have a lot of festivites and work-free days around 1st May. Usually people even take off for the whole week to get some pre-summer tan at popular resorts.

Well hell...sounds like I must have been lucky then. Have bought quite a bit of content from Paul and never had a problem.

I'm really surprised about this issue and Pornrex's comment. I've got hundreds of sets of Paul's stuff...always smooth transactions.

If it helps at all, feel free to PM me and I'll send you a couple links to some other cost effective content providers.

Perhaps you could get what you need elsewhere and get back to work. Then, when Paul gets you squared away...you could always use that content at a later date. Just a thought...I know how frustrating it is to be stuck waiting on someone else :(

It's very nice of you... but I want the content I picked and paid for :) And I can always busy myself, just got a huge design commission... it's all about the principle.

I got the emails from Digifan and resent the FTP, it had already been sent, but for some reason she does not get them at her end.

She gets our newsletters, but not the FTP emails and I have no idea why.

We have looked at our system over and over and can't see why this is. Anyone got any suggestions because this happens to 1 in 200.

But we have set up the system now so clients do not need the email. Once I have created the FTP folder a client can log into the site and download their content without the FTP email. We also point this out as peope are ordering.

So I'm now on ICQ with Digifan and all seems to be going well.

I am downloading the content right now and the new system is way cool.. I have no idea why the email glitch tho. thanks Paul :)

Don't know what's going on with e-mail, but I've had problems contacting 2 different folks in the past couple weeks. Seems only my mails were bouncing from their servers...no idea why.

In any case, happy endings are always good...enjoy your content Digi!

Emails are getting blocked more and more thse days and this to me is the real cost of spam.

Don't expect it to get any better in the near future. Just remember snail mail and phones are not 100%
