CCBill inactive account?
I "had" a small sponsor who used CCBill, though I've made some sales with them, they never did quite well. Anyways I checked out the site today, and happened to try out the join links, well low an behold, I get "Account Inactive" ccbill, ect. I've made some sales, so it was'nt always like that.
But what really bugs me, is in my ccbill stats, no where does it say that site is inactive. Obviously CCbill knows it's inactive, they put up the message, so why dont they let the webmasters know who are promoting them? At least in the stats somewhere. Any one else see this happen? Least the site did'nt get any money for my traffic, but wasted traffic for me. Guess it's my fault for not checking each site. Sure would be nice if the processor would put it in your stats. ronnie |
What does it say when you click on account details?

Never had this happen. ronnie |
What I hate about my ccbill admin is ALL the other accounts in there I signed up for that are no longer in business. I should be able to delete those from showing up in my admin.

I'd think they could at least let you know or show in your stats, when a sponsor is inactive, they would probably be the first to know.
On the ones that are no longer in business, do they still show active? ronnie |

Their interface can be a major problem to work with at times. They did finally make some changes I requested to show referred accounts. I'm not sure if I like the way they show the amounts now.
A delete function would be nice. On the other hand I have a few accounts that didn't group into my master account properly, so some way of joining those accounts would be handy. |
Couldn't find the program I was looking for, may have been something temporary.
Tickler - shoot CCbill Paul an email, he should be able to get those other accounts merged to your master one. |
