Florida Bound
 

Hi everybody!! I will be moving to Florida probably on/around dec 1st. Anybody got any hints as to that kind of sunscreen a guy who has been living in oHIo for the last 8 years should but? I am thinking something in the area of SPF 1500 andit will have to be sold by the bucket

What part of Florida are you moving to?

Florida is a big state with very different weather depending on what part of the state you are living.

I live on what is known as the Gold Coast which is the southeast part of the state from West Palm Beach to South Miami.

Anyway the weather has already cooled off and the humidity is almost gone. It will be about 75˚F until next summer with a few couple of days dipping into the forties.

Hiya Cleo, I will be moving to the Clearwater area (I got a job at Extremepaychecks that I am very excited about, and proud that i will soon be assc with such a fine company) so I am not sure if i should take sunblock baths (dip me in a vat of it) or buy myself a speedo!! LOL
by the way, if you saw me you would realize that the speedo thing is funny as hell

That would be on the other side of the state from where I live. You are moving to the Gulf Coast, beautiful white sand beaches. Clearwater actually has houses built out of wood unlike where I live they are built out of cement. It is about a four hour drive from where I live.

It is much more laid back then where I live and a bit cooler, actually gets cold in the winter, but no snow.

You will be right near Bush Gardens, a must visit, and about an hour from Disney World and the rest of the theme parks.

I like Clearwater very much, but would probably go insane out of boredom living there.

Thanks Cleo, Bush Gardens, must see, gotya. Tell ya the truth, I am just bustig at the seams to get down there. The white sandy beaches they can keep though LOL sand dont belong where the ocean (or gulf) puts it LOL

And ya say it's cold down there? cool I will feel right at home. currently here it is 46, will have a high of 51 and its just

outside today, and I do so LOVE looking at sunshine through windows! just dont want it on my translucent skin ya know. I am about as tan as a cod fish LOL

I used to live in Port Charlotte, also on the West Coast about 1 1/2 hrs south of Tampa..
I really loved it..but not enough I guess..I moved back up North 2 years ago
