it keeps surprising me that people are submitting to stuveltjes-porn.com while the goddamn fucking page isnt ready yet, i have more then 200+ submits there, oke easy i can remove the the submit page, which i fucking dont...i have ask on several boards not to submit .why the hell you guys keep submiting......... |cry| i have an solution for the ones who do submi there (and the ones i talk to about my site dont worrie dont cound for you guys) dont listen and burn your butt.....or should i say dont read and burn your butt...who cares..i am gonna burn your butt |satan|

Nope, there just doesn't seem to be an indication on the submit page informing submitters to not submit. Looks perfectly live.

Stu, put a big notice on your submit page "Submit to Filthy Earl". :D

It's very good thing, what you ask on several boards not to submit, but it would be better to write it on your submit page...

For now, I see this message:
"Please fill out the form completely, and we'll add your resource as soon as possible"

I have to agree. Not everybody reads the boards; and though I have, if I visited your submit page, Stu, I'd have no reason to think you weren't accepting submissions.

I wouldn't think so... most lists have a 'webmasters submit here' link on the home page as you well know, and I would imagine that 99% of webmasters just click on that. For all I know a linklist could just have a home page, submit page, and thank you page LOL :D

I've avoided the temptation to submit, relying on your promise to let us know when its ready. Any ideas when that might be? And isn't it going to be partner only?

It seems that people are just following the instructions. I agree with those people that have suggested you just post a note saying submissions are not being accepted and remove the ability for them to submit!

i am not gonna remove the submit page! yeah me stubburn, some indeed i told them they may submit, but what mml said is also true autosubmissions there, and yes it will be partner accound.i will see what i manage this weekend with that linksite.(some did read the the boards):D

btw its very bad of the webmasters not to check the linksite they submit too, ever noticed if you submit to more then 100+ how many dont even update anymore?, a thing to think about, example...i get sites submitted with linkbacks to linksites who dont excist anymore, now believe me i am not gonna check if all the linksites are alive when i review, but very stupid to put linkbacks up to sites which arent linksites anymore but hubs and fake, how do i know...those stupids dont know i own those domains now for 15 months already:D

put up a rule #1 dont submit not ready yet

anyone who voilates the rule gets there submits deleted and enjoy there free link backs ;)

Stu -
Create another submit page with H1 Submitions Closed Temporarily. (that's it)
Rename your current submit page to Ready_to_open.html
Upload the NEW submit.html

When you're ready for submits, rename submit.html to submit_to_close.html
Then rename Ready_to_open.html to submit.html

Then if you ever need to close submits for any reason, it takes about 10 seconds to reverse this process.
