Getting Off Black Lists
 

I had to take my sites down for a month for personal reasons. Now I have them all back up and I want to submit more. Problem I am having is that most people are now blacklisting me due to my old sites being down. Can anyone tell me how I can get off of this list so I can get back to work?

Just write some very polite e-mails to the link list owners or hit them up on ICQ and honestly tell them what was going on and why you had to take your site offline.

I guess most will understand you and take you off their black list if everything is written nicely.

Check to see if your on this one http://bl.usefulscripts.com/ and if you are follow the instructions on how to file an appeal. If your not on that one then I would email the places your trying to get listed at :)

I was on the black list and asked to be removed. Does anyone know how long this takes? Does Green Guy follow the list?

Just be patient...most linklist owners/operators/reviewers do occassionally step away from their computer to urinate, bust a nut, change the batteries, eat some food, etc. :D

I am blacklisted at The Hun after trying to submit one gallery. Had never submitted a gallery before. I think it was because I had privacy setting on my domain. Removed that, and have emailed them explaining and asking if I may be accepted in the future.

I don't think that would be the reason because I also got privacy setting on my domains and that has never been a problem so far.
But I can't give you an explanation for the blacklisting, either ;-)

Just buy another domain. It's easier.

I can't think of any other reason I would be blacklisted - I'd never submitted a gallery to them before, and I'm not on anyone's blacklist anywhere else - too new at it, plus I play by the rules.

First gallery I tried submitting to The Hun was for my domain asspartysluts.com.

Their response page said something about my nameserver, so I figured they checked and saw the whois info was private and bounced me cause of that. So partner and I removed the privacy stuff our our domains.

Second gallery I tried submitting was for my domain lavababes.com.

Used my skyhighsex.com email as contact for both.

Second submission try, I got the same message from them about being blacklisted.

Have over 50 domain names registered through registerfly; if the Hun has a problem with registerfly's servers then I'm SOL...?

I'm sure they get a ton of email so I'm not holding my breath to hear back. Still, it's pretty frustrating.

I would bet its personal, maybe they just dont like you
