So I have a weird problem
When doing the newsletter, I go to our news page.
http://www.greenguysboard.com/news.html And I click on view source and copy the code. Here is the problem... Only on that page when I click view source using IE, nothing happens. When I do it useing Firefox, it works. WTF??? :) One more thing for those inclined. It isn't a mac vs windows problem. |
Who the fuck taught you to make html pages? :D
|
Switch to Safari
|
Sound like a browser problem. Did you delete your cache?
|
Delete the temp Internet files
|
|
Yep...sounds like you need to dump your cache. Sometimes restarting IE is also necessary.
Have seen the same problem cause all images to be saved as .bmp :( |
in case you still have the issue i placed a copy of the code on my server
http://www.jollycams.com/source.txt save the file someplace and right click it and open with notepad |
Thanks
Nothing worked :) I don't have a problem getting the source. Firefox works and even if it didn't I would just ftp and grab the page. The funny thing is that it only happens on the page Greenie made :) |
If you had a real editor, you could just go to the page, highlight the text that you needed & paste that into your newsletter page :D
(and yes, I can easily view the source of the news.html page, so it's just you) |
note that the tag is closed well inside the
perhaps the nested tags are causing IE to go loopy. |
And people wonder why I keep IE around to do reviews

Intersting, this happens to me occasionally too. |

Whew! I'm just glad this thread had nothing to do with butt boils forming on Jim's ass! |pokefun|
|
I thought it was gonna be another long thread about his penis again
|
I remember threads about his ass pimple but non about his penis. Did I miss something or are they one in the same?
|
Did you get this sussed yet? I would recommend:
- open ie, click tools, internet options and delete cookies and delete files - click settings, view files and remove any files that are still there - shut ie and all other programs - reboot this has fixed this issue in the past for me, good luck mate! cheers, Luke |
