Of course any database of any autosubmitter must be cleaned from 80% of shit, but why posters must do it? Why autosubmitter makers & resellers can't check bases?

I'm so confused. When efreet says autosubmitter, is he/she referring to a person or a program being used by submitters? In either case, both must die.

I MEAN ONLY ONE THING:
WHY DAILY UPDATES OF AUTOSUBMITTERS CHANGING RECIPS, DELETING PAID TGP's, CHANGING SUBMIT FORMS ETC., BUT STILL USUNG DEATH TGP's ???
