JMB Software sucks
 

I ordered AGP on May 04... emailed them a few times and still nothing, they didn't even entertain me with their reply :(

Oh and I got an order # too.

They were a bit slow with me as well, but they did come through.

Did you try their message board thingy?

Not yet, thanks for the tip.. their page reads they usually approve you in 1-2 hr.

I don't see links to their forum on their main page... and making me beg them to accept my money is sortof upsetting :(

Do you have a yahoo, hotmail or gmail account? You might try sending from that.

Perhaps your ISP is using an active blacklist that is killing responses from them? Not all ISPs accept emails from EV1/Rackshack because the machines are ghosted and installed. As a result, the mail headers are invalid and certain blacklist checks will refuse the mail.

When you buy AGP you download it right away from the site don't you? I always did. And the install is easy and self explanatory. (Doesn't excuse their no responsoe fo course).

No it works in a different way.. I place an order and they should get back with me in an hour or two.. but they didn't yet :(

had the same problem with no notification from them after buying AGP, ended up using their contact form and they replied back with my login info (but claimed they had sent the orginal email).

But I think you need a user name and password, which I'm not sure if you get before or after the approval email.

Thanks... I need the approval email first. I sent them an email again using a different email addy and filled out the contact form.. hope it works.
