A query for LL owners

Hi!

I was looking at ways to improve the efficiency of the advertisements. A couple of months back, I had used flash to a great efficiency on some of my landing pages (either embedding it as a movie file or as a swf).
The reason I loved using flash (small files of course) was that I could actually interest the visitor in the content and the ad at the same time...
But the big question is, will it be okay to submit sites with flash to linklists?
Will you guys except it?

My last 2 sites I incorporated flash banners and I submitted to a lot of Link Lists. Only one LL rejected me because of "unlinked images" -- which to me implies he couldn't view the flash. The rest accepted the flash and moved on.

My concern was more that flash hides the mouseover status, but I think if you make it clear in the text in the flash ad where the user will be going then it's ok.

Example of my flash banner that was basically universally accepted:

I stopped accepting sites using Flash for a few reasons. One the ads are blind since they don't show the URL that the surfer will be taken to in the status bar and also there is just too much opportunity to do nasty things with Flash. :(

Thanks for your replies guys!
Cleo, what if I don't link from inside the flash ad, but rather a plain html link right underneath it? That should take care of the mouseover problem, without hindering the advertisement, right?

Another problem with Flash is that it slows down the computer, and when there will be more free sites with Flash graphics open at once, it could annoy the surfers. But I personally accept free sites with Flash.
