I currently own a couple of servers in the states and the way the things are looking (specially in the light of advice of my lawyer) I have decided to shift to Europe for my hosting needs.

Requirements:(1 server)
Dual Xeon 2.4 - 3.0 Ghz
2GB RAM
Linux/Unix server
Dual HDD 40-80GB(second drive for backup)
20MBPS unmetered bandwidth.

Traffic details:
Average daily 150k with spikes going upto 400k a day (4-5 times a month).
The server should be able to handle this traffic without any major problems.

Keep in mind you will need to make sure you avoid ALL content from any US company, and your domain names are registered through a non US company. Also that you aren't using any .com .net or .org domains since those are all US based TLD's. Think that goes for .info, .biz, and .name as well.

Make sure you aren't using any US sponsors, or obtaining any money from any customers in the US.

You should run this info by your lawyer.. just moving your servers out of the US isn't going to make you immune to the 2257 law. If you do any business with ANY US company that pertains to your adult sites, you must comply with 2257.
