Webmaster Workspace

It's time for making a new workspace: my pc is already very old. Are there any thoughts around how a webmaster workspace should look like these days? What pc are you using? Are you using more than one pc? How much space do you use? Also what kind of chair do you use: leather big boss chair?

Feel free to post pics of your workstation. Attached is a picture of my workspace. There is also my cat Jim like |pokefun| |Jim |thumb

You need more gnomes for one thing.

LOL You think that's bad, you should see MY workspace. One glance and you'd think I worship at the sacred altar of Post-It Note... little buggers are everywhere! :D

my messy desk

I bought a newer pc not long ago. One thing that really helps me is having two monitors. I also got a nice quality office chair with arms. With all the time sitting, a good chair is a must. And a notebook for all the notes on my desk, thats my work space.

Damn, I like your setup. Much cleaner than mine. I won't even show mine. We close my office door when we company due to my piles of junk.

Your chair looks very clean. |clown|

Hehe. Actually- never...at least not yet.

You are all far too tidy. My big desk calendar is still on January. No why? There's too much shit stacked on it to change the page. A friend told me that perpetual disorganization is the sign of a creative mind. Yeah well, it's also the sign of a slob.

Way too big, way too tidy. This is my place about 5 months ago. It's even worse now.

Many video cards have dual monitor support. I like it for when I need to see two pages at once, like to compare them. Or if I need to copy and paste off one window, into another, easier than going back and forth on the same monitor. Many times have so many windows/programs open, easier to have some on the another monitor. Maybe it's just me..:)

Occasionally I have a movie going on the other monitor while I am working.
