Are you still accepting this kind of 2257 statement?
 

A question for my LL's owners collegues.
Are you still accepting (nowadays) this kind of 2257 statement on submitted free sites?:

All models are 18 years of age or older and fully 2257 compliant.

Note that I'm talking about hardcore content or with sexual explicity pics, not just softcore, and been also a non linked statement.

Please let me know.

However, I might suggest you read the new 2257 rules to understand what is suppose to be on your site to be compliant.

I too am with Cleo, but I will say that statement you have is not legal under the current law.

I think as long as you don't show hardcore images or thumbs on your site, what ever you link to would be the responsibility of whoever is hosting the gallery you're linking to. Am I right with this?
