Which script do you use to manage your link list?

I need some help here determining which link list script I should get or if I should get a script at all to manage a link list.

Which script do you use to manage your link list?

Do you use one at all?

Greenguy, which script do you use?

Thanks. :)

They all suck :(

Greenguy uses this one,
http://usefulscripts.com/scripts/commercial/linkadmin/

Cleo's Links uses this one,
http://www.tdscripts.com/linkorg.html

I want one that has the features of both of these. :D

Cleo, Thanks for the quick reply.

I guess a script is better than no script though, right? :)

:)

DangerDave uses Links SQL
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/scri...-sql/index.htm

it doesn't suck :D

From looking at this I would say that if I was going to buy a script today this is the one that I would buy.

Yes you do need a script to run a link list if you intend to have anything besides a small hub.

My link list is actually a combo of a link list script, a banner rotator, a traffic script, and a link rotator all pulled together using JavaScript, PHP, and SSI.

I still think that scripts are like computers, they all suck, just some suck less then others.

GossamerThreads and UsefulScripts from Richard are both good. I have used both and liked them both but am happy with the script I use now which is UsefulScripts, the one Greenguy uses.

I would agree 100% with Cleo... the script is just the start... and to get it to do as many things as possible is the best plan.. but they always needs tweaks.

I like LSQL as it is the most flexible in output... I can just about get it to make a page that contains anything you can mention...

I started off with none but have been making little scripts here and there to do different things which has slowly evolved into somewhat of a monster.

I use linkssql on my gay site and I use a custom one i wrote for myself so it could do exactly as I wanted on http://www.smutlink.net.

I would say the best solution right now is LinksSQL. Takes a while to modify the templates and everythng but once its done its very nice.
